Working as part of a small, yet rapidly growing team, your immediate focus will be on building new relationships, identifying new leads and client opportunities within the Melbourne market. This senior leadership and management role will initially have a strong weighting to new business development. With many large pitches in the process in addition to the positive results generated from your market pro-activity, it will also take on a strategic account management focus as your client portfolio continues to grow. A best of bread Senior Account Manager will also report into this role.

To be considered for this role you have:

  • Extensive business development experience within an agency environment
  • A detail orientation and strategic mind, with a creative flair
  • A proven ability to create leads, resulting in lasting client relationships
  • Worked at a senior level on brand design, marketing, communications and digital media both above and below the line
  • Produced inspiring events, exhibitions and internal engagement projects
  • Worked effectively with clients cross functional on projects of all sizes
  • An ability to work, inspire, engage and work hand in hand within a small team
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to forecast and develop account plans
  • Influential, with the ability to sell the brand and ideas to clients
