With many new and enhanced strategies and a recent senior hire, the business is now seeking a Category/Inventory Manager- Ethical (prescription drugs). Your new role will be focused on growing the Ethical category by managing communications from customers and suppliers, leveraged from your understanding of prescription drugs and the government PBS program. You will ensure all distribution centres are ranging the required amount of products at the right price and within required timeframe to meet wholesale demands. A key part of your role will also incorporate the timely production of monthly product reports, maintenance of the product database, supplier negotiations and identifying new opportunities with greater returns.

To be successful in this role:

• We will consider any commercial background provided you have a strong working knowledge of the PBS program.
• You may have experience as a Pharmaceutical Account Manager or Sales Rep, Pharmacy Technician and Pricing Analyst or Senior Administrator within the pharmaceutical arena.
• You must demonstrate a sound working knowledge of the changes within the Pharmaceuticals industry that relate to PBS Reform and the patent program.
• Naturally you will have a high attention to detail accompanied by excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills.
