It's been a busy couple of months! We have been flat out at this end, with many clients realising that if they don't launch into a recruitment process for some of their key roles now, most of the new hires won't commence until the new year. So, it's always a race to the end...we love it that way! The demand for contracting has increased substantially, with many requirements for candidates to take on short and fixed-term contracts for key business critical projects where an injection of specialised expertise has been required to deliver the project/strategy within short timeframes. This has particularly been in the areas of Technology, Marketing, Merchandise and Store Design & Development.
