What you will do in an average week:
  • Reporting to the Group CRM & Loyalty Manager you will take a ‘front & centre’ lead role in the launching, operationalising and managing of the CRM platform and personalised marketing programs, including the building out of customer campaign journeys for each of the Retail brands
  • Be leading and executing the email campaigns/direct customer communications with a focus on driving sales, retention and customer loyalty
  • Be segmenting and executing customer journeys to ensure strong commercial outcomes
  • Be implementing email and digital optimisations to increase customer engagement
  • Working closely with the Loyalty Specialist and other Marketing team members to build loyalty/lifecycle/catalogue emails and promotional digital communications will be a focus as will working cross-functionally across all areas of the organisation, influencing and ensuring the CRM strategy is aligned across all aspects
