- Improve the online customer journey and effectively leverage paid, owned and earned media consumption. This will involve analysing dashboard metrics in order to optimise various channel strengths and weaknesses
- Lead and manage the support team as well as all related internal and external stakeholders to ensure that timely and effective results are achieved
- Have lots of fun as you create, ideate, drive, implement, lead, coach and play a critical role in the progress of a retail brand vying for the lead position.
- A track record of success as a Digital Marketing Manager where you have held and executed the eCommerce and Social Digital Marketing strategies to achieve sales growth and increase brand awareness
- Demonstrated knowledge of the architectural foundations of site performance across web and mobile platforms through to the supply chain, warehouse and dispatch journey, and the services/processes needed to optimise performance at every touchpoint
- Working understanding of website visual appearance necessities
- Success in improving the online customer journey and in maximising paid, owned and earned media consumption
- An empowering, coaching leadership style where change is embraced and there is a high degree of optimism and resourcefulness towards over-coming obstacles
