What will you do?
This role is fast paced and meaningful. It will see you working in close partnership with the leadership teams across a variety of functions within a key business pillar to attract and recruit talent to the organisation. The role will involve the end-to-end management of recruitment cycles including sourcing and attraction, candidate pool management, pre-screening, interviewing and reference checking through to offer management. Here’s what it will take:
- Experience in n executive end-to-end recruitment role from an in-house environment or on-site agency setting.
- Detail focus. You understand that sometimes a small error can have large ramifications.
- Customer focus. You have built your credibility with internal customers based on your follow-through, communication, ownership of wins and losses, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Openness/creativity. You are generally flexible and willing to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
- Ability to travel interstate regularly.
