What will you do in an average week?  
  • Develop and implement the retail Marketing strategy to profitably market the business’s products and services, and position the brand, based on market opportunities, innovation, research and competitor analysis
  • with a strong focus on Digital and eCommerce, execute across all channels to market including TV, print, radio, local area marketing, loyalty and CRM
  • Lead and develop your team to ensure that they have full access to all available resources and opportunities to excel in their respective roles
  • Consistently evaluate sales performance and align your strategy to the execution in order to achieve maximum return on investment from all marketing activities, within budget
Here’s what it will take: 
  • Strong experience at a GM Marketing or Head of Marketing level within a Retailer with success in developing and delivering a differentiated strategy that has attracted, retained and maximised a customer profile through the breadth of the modern marketing and channel mix
  • Go-getter attitude coupled with relevant thinking, working knowledge, and understanding of the modern Marketing mix for Retail, inclusive of digital and eCommerce channels, loyalty and CRM
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, engagement and communication to ensure that the Marketing strategy aligns and supports the overall business strategy
  • A leadership style and interpersonal approach that places people at the forefront, drives accountability and actively coaches and invests in the development of people
