What you will do in an average week:
  • Reporting to the Managing Director, you will sit on the SLT and manage all facets of Brand, Digital and the overall Marketing strategy for the brand globally, defining, developing and overseeing these core functions entirely
  • As the brand guardian and champion, this role will see you work to your strengths, as you leverage your team to further create a distinctive experience to enable customer growth and engagement globally
  • Working with a team of creative Brand Managers and Marketers cross-functionally to influence all areas of the organisation, ensuring the strategy is aligned to all aspects of your operational reality and continuous improvement of all marketing initiatives
  • You will manage all internal and external Marketing Communication, ‘Digital’ campaigns and bring customer insights into the business to drive profitable offers   
Here’s what it will take:
  • Extensive knowledge and success in developing, planning, executing and continually enhancing global marketing campaigns and strategies
  • A creative, innovative and agile mind where you collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on identifying and incorporating innovative technologies and are on top of the latest trends in marketing, especially Digital and eCommerce channels
  • A determination to generate insights through detailed analysis “You love the facts and what they mean and the translation into dollars”
  • You take great pride in the programmes you have developed and can back the results up knowing it is best practice
  • You have been responsible for a significant marketing budget and the preparation and allocation of such; you get the numbers behind it all
  • Ideally, a relevant tertiary qualification In Marketing with demonstrated experience in an apparel retail or wholesale business environment
