What will you do?
  • Working in close partnership will all business functions, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment of all key positions
  • Establishing credibility with your stakeholders through the method, depth and rigour of your practices and standards, you will ensure a consistent flow of the right talent to the right roles
  • You will ensure that you have a consistent talent pipeline across key roles
  • At a more strategic level, your networking activity and messaging to the market will support the development of a strong EVP
  • You will create a ‘buzz’ around working for this business through your strong branding presence across various channels to the employment market
Here’s what it will take:
  • Solid experience in a recruitment role, where you have owned, honed and improved the end-to-end process and candidate experience 
  • Experience from an in-house environment or on-site agency setting is preferred, however, agency backgrounds will be considered
  • Customer focus. You have built your credibility with internal customers based on your follow-through, communication, ownership of wins and losses, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Openness/creativity. You are generally flexible and willing to adapt to changing business needs
