What will you do in an average week?
  • Bring the catalogue and local area marketing programs to life across the store network.
  • Manage the workload and work flow of the internal Graphic Designer, who will report directly to you.
  • Manage job production including delivery and invoicing and ensure that all printed collateral is accurately forecasted and scheduled.
  • Collaborate and communicate with the Marketing and Merchandise teams, acting as the ‘bridge’ to the flow and consistency of information, as well as alignment to the overall Marketing strategy.
  • Manage, monitor and track the budget; ensuring printing and distribution costs are kept in line.
 Here’s what it will take:
  • A good foundation of experience in a retail setting independently managing and delivering a catalogue promotional program.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to update and inform stakeholders to achieve promotional objectives and timeframes.
  • An adaptable and flexible working style – this is not a role for someone who wants to just follow systems and processes to the letter. You will need to think laterally and flex with the needs of the business.
  • Customer-centric approach accompanied by a warm and engaging manner.
