The Opportunity
  • You’ll take ownership of a defined NSW territory, managing a broad customer base across
  • Independent trade resellers
  • National distributors
  • Online automotive retailers
  • Performance workshops
  • Big box automotive chains

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Growing revenue across your NSW territory
  • Prospecting and securing new trade accounts
  • Strengthening reseller relationships and improving sell-through
  • Running structured commercial meetings
  • Identifying performance workshop growth opportunities
  • Managing approx. 150 active accounts (with expansion opportunity)
  • Attending trade shows and industry events
  • Monitoring performance against clear revenue targets
Who This Role Suits
You likely come from one or more of these backgrounds:
  • Automotive aftermarket sales
  • Trade tools or industrial B2B
  • Performance automotive distribution
  • Trade-facing retail environments
You bring:
  • Proven BDM or territory growth experience and/or success in a sales driven retail trade environment
  • Confidence dealing with resellers, mechanics and performance customers
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Resilience and commercial discipline
  • Energy, positivity and accountability
  • An obsession for customers and service
