Where you'll make an impact:
These are true end-to-end Category Manager roles where you'll own every lever that drives category performance.
You'll:
- Develop and execute category strategies that drive sustainable growth.
- Grow sales, profitability and overall category performance.
- Manage ranging, pricing and promotional strategies.
- Build strategic supplier partnerships and negotiate commercially beneficial outcomes.
- Optimise inventory, forecasting and stock performance.
- Identify market opportunities and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner closely with Planning, Supply Chain, Operations and Marketing to deliver outstanding results.
You're not just someone who manages categories. You're commercially curious, naturally influential and motivated by making a genuine impact—not simply maintaining the status quo.
You'll come with:
- Category Management experience in a retail, trade or wholesale business (B2B, B2C or both).
- Experience across consumer/hard goods categories (and related). Whether you've managed power tools, pet accessories, office products, automotive parts or consumer electronics isn't what matters most—we're looking for exceptional Category Managers who know how to grow categories and deliver commercial results.
- A commercial mindset, where your ability to grow categories, influence strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes is just as important as the industry you've worked in.
- The commercial instinct to spot opportunities others miss.
- The confidence to challenge thinking, influence decisions and back yourself.
- A track record of turning category strategies into commercial results.
- The ability to build supplier relationships that create long-term value, not just better deals.
