We're looking for a commercial growth leader and dealmaker - someone who can see an opportunity, determine its commercial viability, find the right partner and negotiate the deal over the line. You'll leverage the organisation's customers, channels, brands, data, digital capabilities and healthcare relationships to unlock entirely new avenues for growth.

- Identify and build a pipeline of high-value growth opportunities and healthcare adjacencies.
- Explore new markets, services, business models and revenue streams.
- Originate, structure and negotiate significant strategic partnerships and commercial agreements.
- Identify potential new ventures, investments and acquisition opportunities.
- Find the right partners and get the right people around the table.
- Work alongside specialist M&A, finance and legal teams to take opportunities from concept through to execution.
- Turn great opportunities into revenue, earnings and enterprise value.
- You're commercially curious, entrepreneurial and naturally external. You build networks, open doors and make things happen.
- Just as importantly, you'll thrive in a culture that values people who are humble, hungry and smart - ambitious without the ego, commercially sharp, curious and naturally collaborative.
- Senior experience across strategic partnerships, business development, corporate development, new ventures and/or commercial growth.
- A track record of personally originating and landing significant partnerships, ventures and/or deals.
- Evidence of creating new revenue streams, entering new markets and/or developing new business models.
- Strong commercial and financial judgement.
- The credibility to influence and negotiate at CEO, Executive and Board level.
- The ability to navigate a large organisation while maintaining an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Energy, curiosity and a genuine appetite to be out in the market, creating opportunities and getting deals over the line.
