What You’ll Do

  • Lead brand strategy and positioning
  • Drive campaigns across digital, social and trade
  • Own Go-To-Market for product launches
  • Elevate brand presence at events
  • Build and engage influencer & enthusiast communities
  • Lead eCommerce / Shopify rollout (merchandise)
  • Work closely with agencies, product and sales
What You Bring
  • A background in Brand / Product / Marketing roles
  • Strong generalist marketing capability (vs specialist)
  • Experience across FMCG, retail, hardware, automotive, performance sports or similar
  • Commercial mindset — you understand growth and can drive outcomes
  • Confidence working cross functionally and with agencies and key stakeholders
  • Experience owning campaigns and brand outcomes end-to-end
  • Energy, ownership and drive
