Your Strategic Impact

Reporting to a commercially astute Planning Manager who’s known for lifting others and fostering development, this is a critical, hands-on role, that connects strategy to execution. Here’s what you’ll own:
  • Develop and execute merchandise plans that fuel growth and profitability
  • Analyse trade and market data to forecast demand and guide buying decisions
  • Optimise stock flow and inventory across all channels
  • Build accurate forecasts, tools, and insights for smarter decision-making 
  • Present performance narratives to senior leaders and the broader team and influence outcomes
  • Play a key role in developing and building out continuous improvements in the planning processes and systems
  • Deliver deep post-season analysis that drives future innovation
  • Unlock untapped commercial opportunities through analytics
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven merchandise planning experience in Retail, this is essential!
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • A love of data—but also the creativity to think beyond it
  • Calm under pressure; agile in a fast-paced environment
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills and stakeholder savvy
  • Strong grasp of planning systems and tools
  • Proven experience developing and/or implementing new processes
