What You'll Do
- Lead with purpose and vision: Translate strategy into action, driving sales, profit, and operational excellence across your region.
- Inspire and develop: Build confident, capable leaders — coaching Showroom Managers to achieve exceptional results while growing as professionals.
- Obsess over customers: Champion a culture of authentic connection, service excellence, and design inspiration in every showroom.
- Drive commercial results: Own the P&L and implement initiatives that elevate performance, accountability, and profitability.
- Elevate standards: Ensure every store delivers on brand presentation, merchandising, and customer experience excellence.
- Collaborate to win: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, logistics, and customer service to bring national initiatives to life.
- Innovate for growth: Anticipate trends, spot opportunities, and help shape the next evolution of lifestyle retail.
- A strategic retail leader with multi-site experience in large format environments.
- Ideally, you come from within a furniture and/or lifestyle retailer (or related); however, candidates with a strong eye for style and a passion for all things home strong eye for style and a passion for all things lifestyle and home — will also be highly regarded.
- You've built your success in a direct, consultative selling environment, where teams work closely with customers to identify their needs and deliver personalised outcomes
- A proven performance leader who builds results-driven cultures — balancing commercial instinct, data insight, and deep people connection.
