Who you will be joining
Join one of Australasia’s most respected and major suppliers of automotive and industrial parts, components and solutions, highly trusted by trade, retail, and industrial customers far and wide. With a robust national network and an excellent reputation for quality, service, range and reliability, this large network of businesses has built long term partnerships across their customer groups. You’ll be joining a business with the scale and strength of a market leader, but the agility and energy of a specialist operator — a place where initiative is backed, ideas are heard, and your impact will be felt.

What you will lead
As the Senior Product Manager – Bearings & Driveline, you’ll lead the team responsible for the strategy, performance, and profitability of a cornerstone product category within the national portfolio. Working to your strengths, it’s a role where you’ll blend strategic oversight with commercial execution — balancing vision, data, and delivery.

This is a role with real scope — overseeing a high-volume SKU range (mix of private label and market brands) that will require strong commercial acumen, technical insight, and precision execution. You’ll drive the direction of product, pricing, inventory, and supplier partnerships while ensuring the program’s success across trade, retail, and industrial channels.

How you will make an impact
  • Lead the program:Set and execute the Bearings & Driveline strategy — from product development and pricing to lifecycle management.
  • Build capability: Lead, mentor, and inspire your small team to deliver high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate widely: Work with Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to align plans and drive outcomes.
  • Drive decisions with data: Use analytics and insights to refine product mix, optimise stock, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Strengthen supplier partnerships: Negotiate, source, and manage relationships to ensure quality and commercial advantage.
  • Champion change: Lead process and performance improvement initiatives that shape the future of the product and the business.
What you'll bring
  • Sector experience: Proven success in a senior product or category management role within the automotive aftermarket, industrial, wholesale or trade sectors — experience in bearings and/or driveshaft/driveline is not essential, however is a ‘very nice to have.’
  • Commercial rigour: Strong pricing, product, and margin management capability
  • Leadership impact: A confident people leader who develops teams and builds alignment across functions.
  • Analytical strength: Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action.
  • Stakeholder excellence: Influential and collaborative across Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Mindset: Strategic, proactive, and driven by improvement and innovation.
A career here is more than a job — it’s a chance to lead a national product function at a pivotal point in its evolution. You’ll be part of a business that’s bold enough to back change, ready to invest in its future, and driven by people who care about doing incredible work.
