About you
You're already an accomplished Store Manager from a either a medium or large-format retail environment, and you've built your reputation by growing both the business and the people around you.
  
You'll bring:

• Experience running a serious retail operation—with a sizeable team within a sizeable store as well as lots of customers and plenty of moving parts.
• A genuine feel for the numbers. You know what's driving performance, where the opportunities are hiding and when something needs attention before it becomes a problem.
• The ability to turn strong results into even stronger ones. This store is already performing exceptionally well, so your challenge is to keep building momentum rather than simply maintaining it.
• A knack for getting the best out of people. You know how to set high expectations, build capability and create a team that genuinely enjoys coming to work.
• Strong retail instincts. Stock availability, merchandising, inventory, wage control, shrinkage and customer service are simply how you operate.
• The confidence to make decisions and back yourself. You stay calm under pressure, lead change positively and know how to keep everyone moving in the same direction.
• A leadership style people naturally follow. You're visible, approachable, decisive and never afraid to roll up your sleeves alongside your team.
• Plenty of energy and ambition. You love retail, enjoy winning, celebrate success and are always looking for ways to improve both your people and your business.
